Allan Tsai, English/Youth Pastor  

Allan is from Houston, Texas. He began following Jesus during college at Texas A&M. After graduating he worked as a software engineer. He discerned with his church community a call to vocational ministry among the Chinese. He served as a minister at West Houston Chinese Church and graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary. Later, along with his wife and two children, he joined OMF to serve Taiwan’s working class. In the current season, he and his family have returned to Houston to care for elderly parents and to serve God with Clear Lake Chinese Church.

Allan labors that his family, God’s church, and God’s world may find light, life, hope, and joy in Jesus.”

Ke Liu, Minister 刘珂 传道  

Minister Liu was born in Shandong, China, and immigrated to Canada in 2001. In 2002, he and his wife were baptized together at Scarborough Mandarin Alliance Church in Toronto, committing their lives to Christ. Since 2008, their family had been worshiping and growing in Christ at Richmond Hill Christian Community Church.
In 2013, responding to God’s calling, Minister Liu began full-time studies at Tyndale Seminary, where he earned a Bachelor of Religious Education (BRE) and a Master of Divinity (M.Div.).
From August 2016 to December 2024, he served as a full-time pastor in the Church Planting Ministry and Mandarin Congregation at Richmond Hill Christian Community Church, witnessing God’s grace in the life of the church.
In January 2025, following God’s leading, he joined the Chinese ministry at Clear Lake Chinese Church in Houston as a full-time minister, continuing to labor in His vineyard.
Before entering full-time ministry, he worked as an accountant at CIBC in Canada for five years and later spent another five years running his own business. These experiences broadened his perspective and deepened his understanding of God’s faithfulness and guidance.
Minister Liu and his wife are blessed with three wonderful children—an 18-year-old daughter, a 14-year-old daughter, and a 13-year-old son. He cherishes every moment with his family. In his free time, he enjoys running, fishing, and playing soccer

刘珂传道出生于中国山东，于2001年移民加拿大。2002年，他与妻子在世嘉堡国语宣道会一同受洗，归入基督。自2008年起，他们全家在城北华人基督教会聚会，一同成长、服事。2013年，蒙神呼召，他踏上全职服事的道路，进入加拿大天道神学院深造，先后获得宗教教育学士及道学硕士学位（BRE & M.Div.）。
自2016年8月至2024年12月，刘珂传道在城北华人基督教会植堂部及国语群组服事，见证神的恩典在教会中的带领。2025年1月，他响应神的呼召，来到休斯顿明湖中国教会，担任中文部牧者，继续在主的工场上耕耘。
在蒙召进入全职事奉之前，他曾在银行任职会计五年，随后自主创业五年。这些人生经历不仅丰富了他的见识，也让他更深刻地体会到神的信实与引领。
刘珂传道与妻子育有三名子女，18岁的女儿、14岁的女儿和13岁的儿子。他珍惜与家人共度的每一刻。闲暇之余，他喜欢跑步、钓鱼，也热爱足球运动。
